Order Cancellation and Modification Policy
We process and ship all orders very quickly, so we cannot guarantee any modifications or cancellations after your order has been placed.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order: contact our customer service as soon as possible by email* at contact@santavia.com
We will do our best to modify or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed at our warehouse.
*To expedite the processing of your request, please indicate "Cancel my order" in the subject line of your email, as well as your full name and order number in the body of the email.
Return and Refund Policy
If the order has been shipped, rest assured that you can return it for a refund, subject to the rules below.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in their original packaging. The shipping label on the package must also be present and intact.
For obvious hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the device has been used.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Digital books
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one week.
Refunds for shipping costs are only possible if you withdraw before the package is shipped.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@santavia.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@santavia.com
Shipping
To return a product, you must contact us by email at: contact@santavia.com and we will provide you with the procedure and the address of our warehouse capable of receiving returned packages.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us.
If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
